The HoopAppeal Street Team Tour is underway!
The Hoop Fitness workout invites all levels of fitness, age groups and body types to experience an invigorating, fun-filled, low impact, calorie blasting exercise. Loose 500 + calories an hour! The design and intensity of the workout is defined by the student’s goals. Hooping can be challenging for the accomplished fitness professional or can offer a more moderate level for the beginner.
