My abs are definitely tighter and I’ve lost 8 pounds between the hoop and walking. I have a pinched sciatica and find it difficult to find something that works for me.
This is the ONLY exercise besides my daily walking that I have enjoyed. I’ve tried regular gym stuff, Pilates, aerobics and hated them all. I don’t mind Yoga as that seems to make the back feel better, but it’s not great for weight loss.
Hooping is fun to do and I’m sure it will be even more fun as I’m able to do more of the moves. This hoop was money well spent. everyone should try it, IMHO!!!
