HAIC – HoopAppeal Instructor Certification

With the increasing popularity of hoop fitness, now is the time to start a rewarding career in a growing field.

We provide many opportunities to achieve your individual set goals while confidently building and promoting your own successful hooping class.

To begin, anyone can attend one of the HoopAppeal training programs offered and then continue the learning online or through additional courses offered.

Our Training Options: In-Class, Distance Learning, Skype and One-on-One.

Levels of Certification

CARDIO HOOP FITNESS – LEVELS 1, 2

This certificate training program provides exceptional hands-on application to learn the foundation and methods of beginner hoop fitness. You will learn how to teach a hoop fitness classes safely, effectively with an energetic flair with each class. We’ll provide you tools and resources you will need to deliver your teaching skills to the highest level.

Prerequisite: None

Price Includes:

1. Instructional BRONZE training DVD.
2. Bronze levels 1, 2 training manual.
3. Certificate of completion.
4. HoopAppeal Top.
5. HoopAppeal Professional Hoop.
6. Permission to teach the Cardio Hoop Fitness Bronze Level for 12 months or as long as you maintain a current HoopAppeal Instructor Certificate.

Certified Licensed HoopAppeal Instructors also receive the following: Everything you need to begin your own class! (Renewal of license is required after one year; renewal fee, $99.00)

CARDIO HOOP FITNESS – LEVEL 3

Discover additional possibilities and maximize potential throughout the hooping community. Expand your criteria to enable a more diverse clientele. Continue learning additional hoop moves, how to incorporate arm and leg variations with each move. Learn techniques to add intensity and boost cardio vascular endurance.

Prerequisite: Cardio Hoop Fitness, Bronze.

HOOPAPPEAL HOOPFLOW – LEVEL 1

We have introduced creative hooping that allows you move with grace, fluidity, and show stopping appeal. It encourages you to bring out your own creative and unique style of movements and dance. Learn a series of basic foundation moves, with the intention of building combinations of hoop moves in and out your hoop. A great mind, body, spirit workout!

Prerequisite: None

KIDS HOOP FITNESS – LEVELS 1

What a great way for children to interact in a community setting that involves fun, exercise, group activities, drama, and dance. You will learn the foundation moves for kids, and how to teach kids hooping with safety and fun in mind. Introduce kids hooping at your school, church group, after school program, neighborhood community events and more!

MASTERS

Maximize your potential in the hooping community as an HAIC certified Master Trainer. Expand your opportunities to a diverse clientele. Train instructors as an associate member of the HoopAppeal Team. Develop techniques to add intensity and boost cardio vascular endurance to the current programs.

Prerequisite: Cardio Hoop Fitness, Bronze & Gold, HoopFlow and Kid’s Hoop Fitness Programs. Must maintain current membership status throughout each program.

3. Associate Membership as a HoopAppeal Master Trainer.
