Cardio Hoop Fitness™ is a low to high intensity cardio workout depending on you’re specific goals. We emphasize how to build a lean body through targeted hoop exercises, and how the body benefits from each move. As you’re ability levels increase, integrated arm and leg variations are added with each hoop move, ultimately increasing cardio vascular endurance, core strength, and improves brain power!
Our hoop team incorporates fun, exhilarating, and strategic activities for endurance, coordination, balance, and dexterity.

Kids Hoop Fitness ™
What a great way for children to interact in a community setting that involves fun, exercise, group activities, drama, and dance. Your child will learn elaborate hooping tricks along with tosses, flips, and jumps to deliver an amazing dance presentation all of their own!
Mother and Daughter/Son
Learn the fundamental moves of hooping. You will learn hoop combinations, easy dance steps, rhythm techniques, spins and fun interactive activities. We introduce how to deliver a synchronized routine for fun and show stopping appeal.
For Mother’s and Daughters/Son’s for ages 17 and under. No experience necessary!
